Includes 10 (10 oz) Sourdough Pizza Dough Balls made fresh in our Forest, Va pizzeria. Each dough ball makes one 12" pizza. 

Make authentic Sourdough Pizza in your own home! Each dough ball is made from the freshest ingredients. Let us take the hassle and mess out of making your own pizza dough from scratch. All of our ingredients are natural. We use no additives or preservatives in our dough. Only flour, water, and salt.

All dough is shipped frozen with dry ice.

What's Included

Dough Instructions

  1. Remove dough from freezer and remove packaging (recomended minimum 24 hrs. before use). Place dough in covered container and let thaw in refrigerator. 
  2. When ready for a pizza party remove from fridge and let rest at room temperature for 4-6 hours. Seasonal temperatures may affect the time.
  3. When ready to make your pizza, sprinkle counter top with flour and carefully remove your pizza dough from container.
  4. Coat each side of the dough with a generous amount of flour.
  5. Press out your pizza dough into a 10-12” circle on your floured counter top or toss it like a pro. Have fun with it!
  6. Place your stretched pizza dough onto your counter top or an oiled cookie sheet depending on your baking method.
  7. Top your pizza with sauce and ingredients of choice. Pro Tip: Don’t overload your pizza with too many toppings. Easy does it.
  8. Cooking: If using a conventional oven, 7-10 minutes at 475° or 500° if you like it crispy. If using an outdoor/pizza oven, 3-4 minutes at 650° - 700° is ideal.
  9. Congratulations your homemade Sourdough Pizza is ready to eat.
