Due to the perishable nature of our Sourdough Pizza Dough, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Once the dough leaves our temperature-controlled environment, we cannot safely restock or resell it.
Our "Make It Right" Promise
While we don't accept returns, your experience is our top priority. Sourdough can be temperamental, and we want you to have the perfect bake.
If your order arrives in any of the following conditions, please let us know immediately:

Damaged Packaging: The vacuum seal or container is punctured or broken.

Temperature Issues: The dough arrived at an unsafe temperature (if shipped with cold packs).

Quality Concerns: The dough appears compromised or "unacceptable" upon arrival.

We will review your request quickly and work with you to provide a replacement or a store credit so we can make it right.
